I actually went to the fabric store with my wife and got some sort of craft felt that is suposed to hold pretty well, and it was pretty cheep, and light. I will be trying to put it in sometime in the next few weeks...

I'm looking for carpet as well and will wait to hear some further feedback on the Ozite. I have seen some installs which look good so far.
I understand it will not look factory and think thats where the opinions really start to fly here on the quality of the product.

Was it called spectrum? For some reason that pops into my mind.
I can't remember phill99vette bought some and said it was thicker than the ozite.
Is the quality good? I personally didn't like the ozite, maybe I am more picky than some, but to me yes it was light weight, that was the only thing I liked about it.
I am going with the stuff phil bought, I'd rather have an extra few pounds of carpet if it looks nicer.
