I did the ozite, and it came out great! You just have to take your time and tack it down as you go that's all.

Here's a link to some pic's of the carpet once it was all done.

I had bad service from stockinteriors.com and they would not resolve the issue. Called them, emailed numerous times and they told me too bad we are not going to fix it. The carpet did not fit worth a **** and it had waves and valleys all in it. I do not recommend anyone buying from them.

I used some cheap lightweight carpet from Home Depot. It looks like crap, but only weighs 12 lbs. Maybe 10 because I trimmed off alot of carpet after I weighed it.

It was only 50 bucks, too.

The carpet I used only weighed around 7lbs but now looks like crap and a full cage is now being installed and its time to do something. I thought about doing the floor with the roll on type bed liner stuff but alot of local tracks have efi races that require carpet. I will try to find some info on Ozite.

For you ozite guys, are you just glueing it to the floorboard? If so, what are you doing with any wiring, such as large battery cables etc? It looks so clean when done right but is there any concern for needing to get under the carpet again in the future? Sorry for the very very newb question..

That's cool! I change my mind more than my wife when it comes to the car and didn't want anything toooooo permanent!

How much did the carpet help the drivability? I'm sure it doesn't lower the total volume much but I was hoping it would remove some of the drone in the exhaust.
