yeah those are what I was looking at but they bolt to the K-member side(to replace the stock k-member stands). you still have to use your clamshell mounts on the motor side and that what I want to get rid of. I can't seem to find anyone that makes them for LS cars(Moroso makes them for LT cars). Looks like I will just switch to poly ones and live with it for now.

No, those are the exact ones I got. They bolt strait to the engine and k member. There is nothing in between.

You can see them on my car:

I think your thinking about the "Lightweight "LSX" Motor Mount Bushing Stands" Which just holds the bushing then the bushing mounts to the engine

I don't see why not. If your car is really quiet you might get a little more vibration but I can't tell as mine is loud anyway.

They don't recomend running a solid trans mount with the solid motor mounts. I run the poly trans mount.

It helps keep the exhaust form moving around as much.

I don't know about that much. I would feel safer with a motor plate at that level.

at 900 hp I would definately put a motor plate on it. get much more then that and I'd do a midplate as well.

fwiw I am going to put a motorplate on my car in the very near future, not because I am having a problem, more for making doing the k member and a arms with the motor in the car over the winter alot easier, plus it will make future changes/plans alot easier as well.

Your right that is what I was looking at. But these will also not work with my BMR K-member. It has a welded stand that the clamshell bolts to.

OK so you will need the type that bolt to the engine then has a pin conecting the two mounts together. I would give BMR a call about that. I have seen them but I don't know which would be compatible.
