Default [Race Wiring] Rear Lights & Brake LIghts

I'm just about re wiring the car, i've got the rear running lights to work but how do i wire the brake switch to light them up brighter when the pedal is pressed.

im at a complete loss.....

Just noticed you race PSCA, do you know paul bartlet with the blown maroon chevelle?

Don't Know if its right but here is what i did.

This is on a LT1 body so im not sure if colors will be the same.

Black-ground
Yellow- Left Turn Signals (12v)
Green- Right Turn Signals (12v)
Brown- 12v power
White- reverse (12v)

Each bulb gets a black wire, i wired the 12v brown wire through my switch panel to turn on the rear running lights.

for the brake lights i used the turn signal wiring run through the interupt switch attached to the pedal. when the switch is released 12v current runs to the higher wattage filament in the bulbs lights up brighter....

that should be easy enough, you still running the turn signals?

Yeh I redid my stock body harness and took out everything i didnt want.ITs still bulky so i think im going to rewire the car from scratch but the kicker is i want to keep power door locks and windows.Should be fun!

There are two circuts per bulb. Running lights are on the headlight switch circut and the brake lights are on the brake switch circut so they only light up when you depress the brake pedal. If you need help still pm me.
