BADHAWK51, yes it is and the rear quarters have also been pushed out 3/4". I can get an even bigger tire under it if I have too.

FYI, others on this board have made 28x10.5W's fit without mini tubbing. It's tight but doable.

Too bad I don't have them anymore. Traded them for a CCW drag pak.

How much does cutting the rear springs affect the spring rate ect. I have heard of some people cutting their rear springs and then having trouble hooking the car afterwards.

Cutting the springs should not affect spring rate. Spring rate is mostly affected by wire diameter, pitch, and type of material used. Except when the coils start stacking out on each other, then spring rate might be affected.

^^^
John, thanks that was another concern if the 325's would fit on a lowered car. I'm surprized they don't get cut up since your not rolled.

Eibach Sportlines dropped me 2.5" with 275/40/17 MT et street radials. I have LCA relocation brackets but they only set the control arm to level and they were not enough for me. I tried em but just couldn't hook with a best 60' of 1.9x so I cut a coil and a half off stock rear springs and that raised me up an inch. Since then consistent 1.6x 60's and now its the clutch thats limiting me from going quicker its dead hooking. I've had other issues that have kept me out of the 11's but I've had plenty of MPH for it I just have yet to make a clean pass now that its launching well. I'm swapping to 4.10's this season to ease the load on the clutch and hope to get into 11.8 range all motor.

I'm also going to modify my LCA brackets and weld on another step for a fourth hole so I can keep my sportlines and not have to swap springs around which is a pita.

Lowered here on Eibach Pros. Not much HP though. Low 1.6xs every time, on unpreped tracks. Test and Tune nights.
