Still working on the headers. They no longer bolt up with the RHS heads like they did when I mocked up with the stock 990's. Hitting the k-member really bad so I'll have to relief cut them and bend them up so they will fit. I'm so glad they were only $150, lol. Eventually I'll get a set made, but I'm not at the point yet where I say screw it and buy a $1300 set of headers.

Wow, glad to see some guys are still checking up on this thread. Sorry for not updating it in so long. I got the intake elbow done and am wiring it up right now with sensors. I totally suck at wiring and I don't spend too much time working on it anymore, at least not like I used to.
As far as throwing on a 4 hole I did think about it because it would be very easy, but then I would lose the windsheild wipers and wouldn't be able to run any kind of air cleaner. This way I can run pretty much all the stock components like CAI, wipers, hood, etc.
Yeah, I knew they were, but I didn't think it would cause the headers to kick out like they did.

I've also decided that I'm going to run the fuel system in series instead of parallel, there just isn't enough room at the back of the motor and it will look like crap with fuel lines running everywhere. Probably run a regulator on the passenger side rail. I need to order a lokar throttle cable since the LTx cable won't work. Still need to do something about the exhaust, but I haven't physically worked on it in months.

I need some help guys. I have a couple questions about wiring options and what you guys would do or have done.
Using a BS3 I can only control one fan. Should I split the voltage and run both fans at low speed and then put in a high speed fan switch or should I run one at high speed and a manual fan switch for the other to run at high speed?
Next question is in relation to the fuel pumps. I have a dual setup and will run one normal through the BS3. If one is enough I will run the second one manually when the nitrous is armed, but if not can I use the boost control parameters in the BS3 to activate the second pump at a given RPM? Sorry if I should know this because it's in the manual, I'll look tonight but wanted to see what others have done.
Final question I feel kinda dumb asking, but can I run a switched 12V post from the ignition switch somehow or should I run a seperate accessory switch? I would need this for stuff like the power windows, headlights and motors, backlighting for guages, etc.

You did install the cylinder head locating dowels/sleeves before installing the heads right?
I see they are missing in these pics.

I have a stock set of fans, so both fans are the same size, but that does sound good, I'll just run one fan all the time and have BS3 control the other fan to keep the temp where I want it.
Got the distributor in finally, took some work but it actually fits quite nicely. Had to cut the bottom of the cowl, but wasn't bad at all. The trick is turning the wipers on so the arm rotates out of the way, that gives you enough room to drop it straight in.

Mocking up the fuel system, will actually put it together and finish next week while I'm off work. Pumps and tank are in and I'm wiring up the relays. FPR is going on the front pass. rail and the drivers will crossover to it. The two lines running on the valley are the feed lines to the back of the rails. Feed is -8 and return is -6.

Cool. One of those things that I missed when reading the thread/looking at pics, so when the other member noticed it, I was like....hmmmmmm. I wonder if you did.
Anyways, glad ya did, that would have been a bitch
