Default abs problems with 28s and 26s

i hope this is in the right forum, but what are you guys doing when you use 28s in back and 26s in front? does it interfere with abs, will it be safe, and do i need to take out abs fuse?

I run 27's on back and get the ABS INOP light after a few miles of driving too.

Remove ABS, we have a delete kit that enables you to completely remove the bracket and modulator. All kits have a proportioning valve installed as well so that you can bias front/rear brakes. It will drop ~15lbs removing quite a bit of clutter too.

Your ABS is useless with what you've discussed above. It will hurt you more then help you by leaving it active.

It's normal. The light will reset after the car is restarted. If you will run uneven tire sizes all the time, dump the ABS.

It was too dangerous for me. I'd lose my brakes at the topend of the track...PULL ALL OF THE FUSES...more than one fuse in the abs system.

my abs would come one when I was breaking hard after a run to slow down (with the slicks on). I never understood why it did this, but i do know that its saved me a few times in the rain when im driving it around with my street tires on the street

Open the hood, open the fuse box lid....only take 2 minutes to pull them. Better safe than sorry.

It's a crap shoot. "Most" of the time my brakes would "groan" but work fine. Two times the abs took over and I did not have brakes and just kept pumping the brake pedal under a panic until it slowed the car down. good luck.
