A3 Guys, What Shifter?
A3 Guys, What Shifter? Just wondering what Shifters you A3 guys are using, and how you mounted them. Ive seen some with the stock center counsel but now I cant find them. Any pictures would be cool, along with what shifter you have. Thanks!!!!
Ive got a B&M hammer. I searched on here and found some decent pics when I installed mine. Car is in the shop or I would snap some of mine. Fit just fine with a M6 upper console and shifter boot. good luck.

I've got a Hurst 1/4 stick with the pistol grip.. I don't see how in the hell you can use it with the stock console. I currently have a 6spd console and it has been cut from the front of where the boot snaps down all the way back to the very edge of the cup holder. This shifter when in park is just barely missing the bottom of the dash and when in drive (RMVB) the handle is all the way back against the cup holder.
I need to mount it this week.. Pics please!

I am running a quarterstick like the one in the pic's above in an A4 console, modded like the above picture as well, but I'm using the pistol grip one, with the transbrake button in the top of the handle.
