yes.

now please go put your air dam back on or you're going to overheat on the way to the track.

Question

what about the holes in the bumper (no bumper support)? shouldnt they flow enough air thru the radiator and also not having a condensor?

maybe.

But most people who try and take the air dam off have to put it right back on. It forces the air running under the car up to the radiator. I mean, its plastic, so it can't weigh more than 2#...

Talking

ive read alot of post saying removing the air dam and the car wasnt affected in a negative way, especially the post saying they had air coming thru the holes in the bumper cover. makes it easier to run a jack underneath also

Put the air dam back in, is it a TA or Camaro and what year? If it's an auto, I say it needs a stall for 12's and traction. Is it A4 or M6?

all you really need is a good set of drag radials and a lil driver mod to get the ls1 f-bodys in the 12's

Im with him, as far as suggestions, cheap and quick way... Cutout, don't get any of that BS chip stuff, DR's... I think you'll need a converter though.
