converting lsx over to a digital 7 ignition

whats the best way to do this... im looking to turn a lsx motor over to a digi 7 ignition.... what parts are needed to convert over to a digi 7 box besides the obvious crank trigger.

MSD makes a little converter box now that converts the stock LS crank wheel so you dont need a crank trigger, not sure what it costs.

You need that plus some kind of distributer setup, a coil and the 7531 obviously.

i had heard about the conversion box but i believe tosto had a problem with it breaking up signal in higher rpms...

Different deal, the one tosto had problems with I believe was the ignition box that uses the stock coils and no distributer, the new MSD thing is simply a converter for the 24x LS wheel to a 4X signal and nothing else, like a FAST edis.

If you dont use that then you need an external crank trigger, distributer and MSD box..

u have a link? i still wonder if above 7300 rpms would the signal start to be inconsistant?
