does anyone daily drive there cars without P/S? ive been thinking about doing mine but i have those heavy *** speedline wheels.

I probably wouldn't unless you went to a manual rack with those bigger tires/wheels, I drove mine on the street but not daily. With a manual rack and skinnies mine turns pretty decent.

im going to be going to skinnies soon but im going to keep the stock rack for now. just wondering how much of a PITA it will be until then.

Well, if you have 275's on the front, it will take some effort when moving slow.

I heard people have issues just by plugging them, you want some flow, just loop the lines.

For the LT1 guys, no power steering here...

How much of a HP gain/ ET gain/MPG gain would this net. Seems like a kinda good idea.

I'd be interested in knowing any gains at the track w/ this mod. Also how much weight does it save?

I wont know since I have yet to get mine to the track, but i guess it has to be something since you are freeing up parasitic drag.

Dayco Polycog 5060525. i got mine frm advance auto. that is the part number for p/s delete with stock crank pulley. 52.5" belt

i plugged the holes and still run my factory rack till i get my manual rack. ive ran mine for over a yr and no probs
