wheel tubs are officially DONE! I cut the seat brackets and lowered them to new tabs so my head doesn't hit the cage with my helmet on, and tomorrow 1cdub's coming over to weld up the seat support from the cage to the drivers seat, finish up the door bars and the cage will be DONE!
will have some hours refabbing the front tubular stuff, but I can now paint the tubs/cage and work on making the interior complete. more pics to come late this weekend most likely - would like to have most of the interior back in by next weekend

started painting the tubs - it's satin when dry, so don't mind the glossy **** 
the finished cage
gonna put one more coat on it tomorrow and clean/paint the cage.
ordered carpet and going to order the steering column firewall boot tonight. may not have the carpet layed by this weekend, but if it comes in, I'll be ready!

Looks really good so far. I like what you've done with the trunk area, that had to remove alot of weight for sure.
I do also like that the cage is tied to the dash, that probably makes the whole car a good bit tighter, the support bars thru the firewall to the back of the shock towers is a nice touch too, probably helps the front of the car a good bit.

I didn't sell it haha just had to get in a better place financially, and now that my 5yr apprenticeship is done it is "go time"
Taking for ever to hunt down brackets, bolts etc.....they have hid over the years
