Nice job, should be about 2800 when you're done

(I've done my research, before I get started on the same thing)

definately. got to make a rad support, so that piece will all tie in together.

still got to cut out the trim piece around the heater core so i can smooth out the firewall, then remove all the extra brackets not needed on the interior. removing the wolfe 6 point and having a moly 6 point put in as well.....trying for that sub 3k lb weight, but not getting my hopes up. lots of heavy susp stuff, heavy telstars, stock brakes (for now), etc....

I'd definately put the 10 pt in it now, you have it so far apart that it would be senseless to not do it. Besides if it runs in the 9's like you're hoping for you need it anyway.

Looks good so far. It should be right around 3000lbs depending on how much you weigh. Converting to a carb makes baby Jesus cry.
