Everything looks really good, impressive work for sure.

One comment/observation I'd like to make (don't hate me for it) but I am curious... I see people doing the trunk/t-top well elimination now, which I think is a great way to eliminate weight and make room for wheelie bars... but I'm curious: Why doesn't anyone put a bead roll in that replacment plate? Is it becasue noone has a bead roller, or is there another reason? I am looking at doing that myself, but I was going to have the guy do a couple lines in it with a bead roller, so that it will have a little more rigidity. That, and I'll most likly put a couple round bar pcs under the panel, as my battery is back there and will remain there, and I'd like to have some support for it that's better then just the plate.

Discuss.

its def not a bad idea - I just didn't feel like making the trip to get it done. you could have gotten away with 14g or 16g steel as well if you do that, but I just went 18g and left it flat. it's still very strong and will support the battery/tools fine.
