How's this for some D1SC numbers?
Car is a 2002 Z06, stock bottom end/heads, custom ground cam and supporting hardware, headers, catback, 3.90:1 gear, and a D1SC supercharger kit with a 4.00" pulley. At 6500rpm, it's making about 14lbs of boost. We'll be changing the pulley to get about 12lbs later this week. Car is using HPTuner's 2bar OS and numbers are on our Mustang MD-1100SE dyno.
Numbers are 591@6326rpm, and 537rwtq@5236rpm.
Numbers are 591@6326rpm, and 537rwtq@5236rpm.

Incredible! Would it be possible to employ some kind of restrictor plate or waste gate so that you would be able to continue using the smaller pulley and take full advantage of boost ramping up much quicker, while also being able to bleed off excess pressure?

Very impressive results on MD man
Not quite sure but Isn't that gonna heating up the air and running a huge amount of parasitic loss at that PSI level ?! just curious as you're lilbuddy ?

still amazes me the hp diff on setups-your almost 100hp/torq over what i dyno'ed on mine, lq4 w/d1sc, pp stage 2 heads, cam, running a carb
im not sure i believe all the dyno #'s out there, but i ran an 11.1, then switched out the old tight converter i had, ran 10.68 @ 125(picked up in the 1/8)
so that car should easily run 9's, i would like to see the 1/4 times
not downing your setup by any means, i just see some huge #'s out there
either i missed the mark or something, but i was on a milder tune up
curious what the cam specs were-i know im a little weak there, 224/228, 580/590 on a 114-im thinking maybe a 112 cl would be better for torq
im running a 4.25 pulley, have a 4" im switching to-i had about 12.4 lbs boost befor the i/c'er, 9.6 under the carb, about right for the lose thru the i/c and carb-where are you measuring boost on the FI setups?
i run a modified vette procharger setup in a chevelle
again, not downing the #'s, wish i had them, 100 hp increase would make me scrap my stroker build, lol-although i feel i need the torq for my 4l80e im building

I believe it... in fact I dont know why these are "big" numbers
Vseriestech's old P1SC setup made 600+ or 650 whp at something like 7.5lbs of boost on a stock shortblock.

am I save assuming Perry's car / my old car ?
good #'s and it should be fun
We have used the A@A kit on a few cam, bolt-on Z's this past summer and seen 600-615 rwhp with approx 10 psi.

i run an old school switch/pitch turbo 400, dual stall, in the chevelle-it is a
13" converter, with a 1300/3000 stall-i didnt switch to the tight stall on the pulls-when i ran it, i could see on the lm-1(rpm converter) it was only stalling at 2200
i borrowed an ati trans/converter, closely matched to my engine, thats what i used for the quicker pass, dropped the 60' down to 1.58
im only running 9.2 comp, prob could turn up the boost a lot more and get some better #'s-i dont think the carb is hurting me much on wot compared to the FI
my afr's were in the 11.20 range, tr6 plugs, 21 deg total-all looked good
those MPH's def. prove out the hp readings your showing
i just thought i would see more hp that 488 rwhp with what i had
i guess i cant worry to much about it, its just a street car, and cant use all the power it has on the street anyway, lol
now my old 68, 540 F2, 907 rwhp w/110, that was an animal, lol

Great numbers! Those LS6's are damn impressive.
I've seen people use a wastegate setup with a centrifugal supercharger to get the power in quicker, but keep the boost from going through the roof up top. It gives it a big turbo like curve. I think I'd try something like that if I put a blower on any of my cars.

There seems to be lots of the vette guys that go with a procharger and get great results but shouldent the F-body guys with the lower compression 241 heads be able to push a little more boost and thus a little more power (even though the heads dont flow as well)?
