Default trex dyno graphs

Can you guys please post some that you have? Of course, with mods listed also.

I want to see what kind of power and tq is being made at 3500+rpms.

and if you have a graph w/nitrous, I'd be very happy to see that too. Ive searched but lots of links are broken and most people just post the numbers, not the chart.

thanks in advance.

Here is a Trex graph for you. A longer tube header might make up the dip in TQ.

Forged 347
Edelbrock 1 3/4 - 1 7/8 headers
UD pulley
Factory water pump
LS6Ported stock TB
Ported heads
12 bolt with 3.73's
15x7 steel wheels with 275/50/15 BFG DR's
4L80E
4,900 rpm converter (locked on te dyno pulls).

Im not gonna lie, but the torque on that graph looks very impressive!! Just by looking at the graph, I would of said the cam was maybe a 22X-ish. Thats one hell of a combo there bud!!

No graphs because most Trex cars are big stalled autos, and go to the track for there numbers.

Bringing it back from the dead!!! Gotta be more people now with the TRex cam that can chime in. Even track times, etc!

Here is an updated overlay. Changes were:
Electric Water Pump
Super Victor with Dominator TB
4.56 gears with 315/60/15 drag radial (used to be 3.73's with 275/50/15).

Old combo at 3,900lbs went 11.96@113 with a 1.67.. New set up went the numbers in my sig at 3,600lbs. I did notice that I had the street tune in it at the track and was down on timing from 4,500-6k by 10*. That has shown about 80rwhp at 5k ish. A Little left in it I think.

Those carb style intakes with dominator TB's take more timing usually than a standard plastic intake too!

I just wonder if a Vic Jr would have been better for your cubes along with a 4150 TB instead of the dominator (4500) TB?

Sorry, but I disagree here. I tuned both combos LS6 and Super Vic, looking at the two tuned files, the LS6 and Super Vic had almost identical timing curves. Both like a max of 29* Slightly different in the torque peak, but talking 1-2* max. And this might have been me not focusing on that section as much, being time limited.

IMO timing is based on more of the cyl head and cam than anything else. Chamber design and how efficient it is I think is the biggest element to where timing will be set. Obviously there are other things like fuel being used, dynamic compression ect. But what do I know, just my opinion.

What you said is true as well, maybe the setup's I've messed with that run that particular intake just so happened to like the timing?!? But more so the cam and chamber play a big role along with quench and dynamic compression like you said. Hard to compare 2 different motors I guess with different cam's and intake's.

Agreed, combo to combo, everything staying the same minus intake, I don't think there will be a major change in timing. But what do I know?
