Default Some honest patriot results

after reading all the posts of patriot believers and doubters i had decided to go ahead and have a set installed mainly do to the tremendous costomer service of jason at texas speed and performance and the product backing of terry! Both are incredibly nice guys who know there stuff. prior to the first dyno run the only mods were a set of slp headers and a lid, and the last dyno had a few more bolt ons, (pulleys and water pump) added but was mainly the stage two heads and tsp's 231/237 cam. I watched all pulls on the dyno and these were honest results. some guys on here claim that tricks are performed to achieve numbers but i wanted true results... to know exactly what my car would do. to say the least i was pleased with the numbers. The car pulls hard, idles nice, and is decent for daily driving IMO.
the heads were the stage 2, 5.3's
and to jason and terry....thanks a million for the outstanding job.
here's the graph if i can get it to work.

awesome numbers.. again the reason why alot of guys are seeing crappy numbers and some just plain awesome numbers is probably just based on the dyno

i dont see why one head is gonna make tons more power thn another when they are CNC'ed?

congrats and lets see some track times now

yeah that was a stock rear and gears. hopefully when the 12 bolt goes in it wont drop too far on the chart. but none the less im happy with the numbers. all cars are different and dynos as well....but neighborhood numbers are good!
glhs379....where in ne pa are you from? that is my old stomping ground 10/12 years ago.

Nice numbers! Wish you would of already had all the other mods on your car and then done the Patriot head swap though...

I hear ya. My S3 LS-6's should be here pretty soon, along with my much harder lobe camshaft. The TSP lobes just ain't gunna cut it. A harder lobe will get rid of that 2 stroke power band at 4500. Makes me wonder what mine will do with the F.A.S.T. intake I ordered. Patriot's got it goin on.

those are good #'s, i wish you could have dyno'd before the ewp and pulleys. what do you think the ewp and pulleys were worth like 20 hp? i am going to be installing an ewp on my car too. good luck with your new power

Nice numbers and grats on the setup. It must be awesome to have gotten that kind of power.

Really nice #'s. As mentioned above, I think you're getting at least 20 rwhp from the ewp and pulleys (crank or crank and alternator?).

None the less the results are satsifying

I'm from York, Pa. Where's Hazelton?

I dont mean to come across negitive but is there anyway you can back up these numbers on another dyno, its just wierd everyone else in the country is getting around 400 except tsp's dyno and they sell the heads. Im sure you will back it up with the mods and stock rear and gears but would be nice to see a direct comparison on LG motorsports or MTI's dyno
