i had a cobra with a 2.3 whipple 60 lb inj spec stage 3 plus upgraded cooler and fuel system(twin aviator pumps) a 150 wet shot made 630rwhp 621 ft lbs on pump gas and 720 rwhp 779 rw torque with race gas valve covers never was off the car thru the factory manifolds and high flow cats and started making big torque numbers at a little over 3000rpm's,i loved my cobra but my turbo buick can still kick it's ***...

Hows the difference between the Cobra and LS1. Was it worth the switch, what are the likes/dislikes about switching. I like the off idle torque of that blower.

both of them are great platforms both can make big power but one them is already 300lbs lighter but you have to bottom end work,the other has a great bottom end but is very heavy(my cobra weighed 3600 wo driver)my 02 zo6 weighed 3100 wo driver.if i had to do it all over again zo6 with good bottom end and a roots blower and a small cam.hell in fact most likely a ls1 vet with a auto with the same mods and save a bunch of money over the zo6.....
