01 ZO6 Tsunami Cam results
01 ZO6 Tsunami Cam results Picked up the vette today after doing cam & LT. I was very pleased and surprised with the out come.The car did 433/399 to the wheels with the stock LS6 heads/intake and injectors.
Here are the mods to the car;
TSP Tsunami cam 235/240 .654/609 111LSA
TSP .660 spring kit & pushrods
LG street headers no cats
B&B Bullets
VR cold air intake
Pulley
BBK TB

How about a ported fast 92 opened to 95 mm (Ron @ Vengeance Racing) and a 95 mm TB from Rev Xtreme ( Contact Tracy Lewis)
You would probably have 450+ rwhp CAM ONLY !!! Do you have a ud pully or ewp ?? If not, there even more power on the table. How about inj's, are you still on stock and if so whats the DC ??

The tuner mentioned if I go with a fast 92 & tb that it should give me 20hp more but I should replace the injectors because they are already at 89%DC. Went with a power bond UD pulley. The car sounds mean as hell with no cats & the bullets!!

Thanks for answering the questions. Awesome build. EWP, Vengeance ported fast 92, and 95 mm tb REV Xtreme, you will be over 450 rwhp cam only. I bet 460 rwhp cam only. That would be sick.

I would not guarantee the power...the EWP will be a definite gain but the intake may not gain as much since the heads may become the restriction instead of the intake so gains may not be as much as expected until the heads are capable of flowing what the intake can give them. IMO...does that make sense?

matt, the specs on that cam look to be pretty close to the ms4 but a lil bit smaller on duration and lil more lift. any tsunami vs ms4 results yet?

The Tsunami have better clearnce for aftermarket heads you dont need to flycut even with 60cc heads.

I did not say the EWP would make more power than the intake...I said the intake gains may not be as good with the stock heads since they may be a restriction. I said you can guarantee a gain with the EWP...not that it would be bigger. You are only going to get as much air in as the lowest flowing part.
