Lower RWHP after FAST 90/90 install??

FOUND THE PROBLEM. Throttle was not opening all the way. My guess is 75% to 80% open. Rubber breather tub was preventing throttle from opening all the way. FML!!! I'll get the problem addressed and most likely get it dynoed to make sure air fuel/etc is still ok at high rpm.
You PAID for a tune!? Demand your money back and let everyone know on this board who "tuned" it for you so he can be avoided in the future. Mistakes can be forgiven, but not reading a TPS PID!?
