Lower RWHP after FAST 90/90 install??

I'm going to revive the dead. Brought it to the track. Interesting night... 85 degrees, on a known shitting track. I grabbed the wrong lugs to run my slicks. I couldn't get below 2.15 60ft.... just roasted those damn tires!!!
Anyway, throttle got stock on run three... could have been very bad. Used quick thinking at 120 and got it unstuckl
FOUND THE PROBLEM. Throttle was not opening all the way. My guess is 75% to 80% open. Rubber breather tub was preventing throttle from opening all the way. FML!!! I'll get the problem addressed and most likely get it dynoed to make sure air fuel/etc is still ok at high rpm.
