I don't think there is a thread about the car in this forum.
Don't want to hijack the thread either.

Here is a link to the video.
https://ls1tech.com/forums/corvette-...c5z-video.html

You can see how docile the car is for it's et and the quality of the idle.
It is perfectly streetable. We have the idle @ 650rpms right now.
We run 100 octane for the drag strip.
The setup was just put together a few months ago.
After it is all dialed in I believe it will dyno ~700rwhp dynojet.

Awesome #'s, seems like the power band for the torque is little higher than I was thinking for the street, how is the street manners?

It drives fairly decent on the street. I mean its not a stock car by any means, but it cruises right down the road with no problems.

Not as of lately. We just swapped out the cts-v lifters for a set of morels, and changed to the upgraded PAC .700 lift springs to see if we can get it to carry up top a bit more. Next we are going to swap on a 102/102 combo. It probably will not dyno as high even after the intake swap because we have switched to a 3.90 gear.

Initial dyno results were with a 3.42 diff.

Not yet. Shop cars/personal cars always get pushed to the back burner during this time of the year. Verrry busy.

I will update the thread when we get additional results.

Have you guys swapped to the 3.90's yet? I would try a shorter tire first. I had 4.10's in mine and would run out of gear at the 1k mark on a 315/30r18 dr (about 25.5") carrying it to 7500. I swapped back to 3.42's and cross around 5100. And I only make 450-460 whp. If I wanted to maximize my set up I would prob switch to 3.73 but I'm swapping to a new heads/cam and some juice. 4.10's to 3.90's is only a 5% difference, I think you guys might run out of gear going to the 3.90's? What rpm are you crossing the traps at?

Based on my runs from this Monday your set up def has alot more in it!!! Pretty good numbers so far! My car is a mild 402 and ran 10.80's @ 130 7.1 @ 102-3mph in the 8th with a 1.7 60' on 20* wot with a 255/50r16 dr. When I can figure out how to launch this thing and finish the tune it should go 10.60's, you guys are making 80+hp over mine! Once that thing is sorted your looking at 9's!!!

We were already running on 26in Tires. Definately do not want to go shorter. You also have to realize, we are still running regular C5 gearing in the trans. Not C5Z06 gearing.

same here, i run the mn6 gear set. its nice cause it lets you get out a bit before you shock the tires again with a shift. i didnt see that you have already swapped gears, carrying it out higher will deffinatly help out! what is the lift on the cam? i have the same springs setting on my new heads. also what are you guys doing for the 102mm tb? are you keeping the dbw? if so what one? im still on an ls2 90 looking to go a little bigger.

With the 3.90 gears, still running the fast 90mm intake, we ran 10.20s in the quarter not to long ago still rowing gears.

I think Po Feng is asking for the part numbers.

"Would you like to share Jesel Mohawk rocker / push rod / lifter?
Is there a part number?
Because I am looking for these parts.
Thank you."
