2010 SS 7psi procharger/689hp&640tq
I just got done doing two 2010 camaros (father and son). one orange, one yellow. One made 689/640, the other 686/641. Mods were D1sc procharger, with front mount intercooler, 7psi(4.0 pulley), 224/230 cam, 2.0 kooks, GMPP mufflers, tuned w/hp. Rest of the car was stock.
Ill scan in the sheets later. These LS3s are nothing short of amazing. that kind of power from that low level boost!

No fuel system mods besides the injectors?
We had one on the dyno the other day that was obviously out of fuel pump at 560 rwhp/5500 rpm....

Was your project dropping pressure? I wondered if we really needed the pump drivers at all on these cars. Im just used to installing them on the boosted c5/c6s, so I just did so on these as well.
FYI, the fuel pump in the tank of the 2010 camaro is really short, so an aftermarket in tank pump is going to be an issue with them.
Oh, and the typo is corrected above!

Looks like the cars laid down pretty good hp/tq. Going to need it with all that weight though. On the fuel issues, will bigger injectors help, or will you need to upgrade the pump ?
Nice job on both cars. Am I reading it correct ? 2.0 Kooks as in 2" headers ? NICE !!!

I don't see the hp difference that some are asking about ??

2.0 headers seem to be the norm for these cars. Thought about uncapping them to see what kind of numbers they could do. but without more fuel........
Fueling will be fine. It doesnt lean past 12.0/1, and only for about 500rpm.

^ I don't see 200hp in those differences at the same boost level. This will undoubtedly be the highest dyno numbers for only 7lbs of boost for an LS3 with these mods. There have been a number of Vorteched LS3's over on corvette forum and the cam'ed ones on 7lbs are pushing mid/low 600's. These cars have another 100whp on top of them. I don't get it.

So what is the optimum A/F for this setup? 11.5 to 1 because of the FI ?
What are the options to make these setups more reliable if the injectors are done? Pump and injectors, or just injectors ? Either way great work.
As far as the weight, theres two ways to correct for a heavy car, remove weight or add power ! I see you chose the latter. LOL
