Smile New numbers with TFS 215s

Well today I finally got my car dynoed with the new heads. I got some stock TFS 215s milled down to 59cc, speed density tune and all of the mods in my sig. The cam is a copy of the G5X3. The car put down 432rwhp, and 394trq. Last october it made 400rwhp/400trq The torque is little low, but I couldn't get the converter locked up on the dyno. It would probably make a little more with a locked up converter. I think there is more in this combo as well, I need to port my fast, and get an updated set of headers. These first generation SLP long tubes are holding me back!

Will post dyno graph soon! I am currently at work.

Anyone think these numbers are low for a stalled a4 with dana S60?

nope...pretty stout especially since A4's are not dyno queens and the verter was not locked!

those are really good numbers for a unlocked convertor with a Dana 60! I bet there is close to 10 more rwhp with a better set of headers.

numbers seem a little low to me...something seems off on the setup for it to peak at 6k...might have some valve float or the wrong size pushrods, preload off?

should peak alot higher than that...I have basically the same setup 239/243 with a ported fast, 4000 stall (mine was locked)...peaked at 6700...

My cam only setup peaked at 6300 with stock heads...

What would cause the valves to float?

wrong pushrods, loose or worn rocker can be several things. I just think your numbers are low for the setup from what I have seen out there. just my opinion. good luck tho and nice setup

The rockers are new so only there, it could be loose possibly. If it were valve float wouldn't the graph be all over the place?

The graph doesn't show any signs of valve float to me. Numbers look right. I just had a car tuned by a sponsor on here over the weekend for me, and it did 428hp/386trq with the convertor locked. Combo was 346, Mamo AFR 205s, Mamo 90/90, G5X3, all the boltons and the graph looks same as yours. Don't worry about the numbers, take it to the track.

Yea, thats what i want to do. The car is a nitrous car so I think that with the new found power it should run 10.50s. I think it might even go 10.40s with the new suspension setup i got too!

My car peaked out at 6300-6400 I think its peaking where it should I don't think you have anything wrong with the valvetrain but iif you did that though s60 id say that's good esspecially for not locking the conveter and being auto. I did 455/415 with 4.10s 85mm maf, 85mm lid and hooker 1 3/4 headers I didn't goto the dyno yet to get retuned for what's in my sig. Also like someone stated above numbers arnt everything I to love to see a big number but found out it doesn't matter. My best so far was 60' 1.65 11.3@124
