Update time:
I got the engine back in the car and hopefully resolved all the issues it was having. I also fabricated my own 4" catback with a Dynatech muffler. Waiting to install some larger 1-7/8" headers and I'll be re-dynoing the car in a couple weeks. I love this Dynatech muffler and it's MUCH MUCH more quiet than the 3" true duals I had previously. Here's a sound clip of the new exhaust for anyone interested.

Another update:
Got the car to the track a couple weeks ago and it somehow developed a nasty vibration on the big end of the track. At this point the racing season is just about over here and I'm moving on to another venture. I'll be putting the car on hold for the time being because I'm tired of putting all my time/energy into something that is apparently not meant to be, at least not this year. I've been working/fabbing on this car for 10 months only to make it to the track 3 times and make about 10 total runs this season. I don't know if it's plain old bad luck, Karma, or what it is but something is telling me to move on lol.....
It has the same cam it did previously.
