I know this is a few month's old but I noticed you said the 42# injectors were too small... I don't see that happening on your setup. You might want to monitor your fuel pressure on some of your run's. I just did a 454 setup that made 705hp to the crank and ended up making 599rwhp on the dyno with 42# injectors only running 85% DC. We did have a racetronix fuel pump failure that made it seem like we were running out of injector but in reality we were dropping from 64psi to 25-30psi at the end of the run. New pump installed and we were golden.

After many months, the project is almost complete. After my last motor (347) which had issues from the start, my new 403 is almost complete. We are going to the dyno on Friday and hope to make 550RWHP and are looking for 9.80 ET at 138 MPH. Below is a list of modifications and your input is welcome. I will post Dyno numbers and charts when complete.
2001 Camaro - 25.5 Cage - tubed front end with strut bars - Car weighs 3200 with driver and fuel.
Transmission Turbo 400 - 5700 stall
Rear - Dana 60/4.11 gears
Engine - new LQ9 block
Heads - Trickflow 215cc, milled to 54cc and significant time hand porting (heads flowed 343cfm)
Pistons - Custom forged
Compression - 13.0
Cam - Solid Roller 258/262, 675/675 112LSA
Crankshaft - 4.0 Stroke Callies Dragonslayer
Rods - Callies Forged Rods
Jesel Shaft Rockers
Intake - Ported Fast 92 and port matched to heads (with dowel pins). We had to have aluminum shims made because intake would not seal on heads.
Headers - American Racing 1 7/8 inch stainless steel
This is a high level overview and I would appreciate your feedback.
Thanks,
