427 Dyno Results
The cam is a Z1 (236/236 .585/.585 112lsa), through the exhaust (SLP Loudmouth) with some drivetrain loss from the 12-bolt Moser (4.10's) and 17 x 11 wheels.
This is MTI's first Darton sleeved block. It idles rather well, and seems pretty quiet. Not too shabby for the little cam!
Peace,
Craig.
I wonder how much power, if any, you left on the table by not going with the more radical yet somewhat tame with the extra cubes, MTI S1 cam (244/244, .612lift, 112lsa) that I am running!!!Also, I take it you are running the standard MTi big cubed 11:2 compression?
All this and with a 2 year/24K mile warranty to!!!!

Very awesome...I've been keeping my ear to the ground about MTI's darton blocks...good to see some results finally posted. Now get some miles on that thing and lets see how it holds up!

Yes sir it is still the stock LS6 (2001+) intake that came on my car. We're going to try and overnight a Fast LSX intake here and see what gains are to be had, I'll keep you guys updated with the info on that.
I will put some miles on her and see how she holds up (knocking on wood), those sleeves look really stout.
Peace,
Craig.
