Only thing about going to the track is you got so many variables like DA, shift points, how well are you hooking up, driver error, race weight to try and calculate dyno numbers

Its alot easier to see a difference in rwhp/rwtq on a dyno than at the track. If you do one tiny thing wrong while racing, your et & mph are shot

Ex: My first time out with my old H/C setup that dyno'd 416rwhp SAE I went 12.8@113, I was & So going by what you people are saying I guess the dyno was wrong and I was only making about 350rwhp going by that mph.
But I knew my car was making the power but it sure wasnt showing it. So Installed a shift light to get my shifting dead on, and the next week went 12.1@117.5....big difference...wow my power went from 350 rwhp to 416 just by installing a shift light then a few months later with some awesome weather I went 11.9@120 1.78 60' (on the stock 10 bolt feathering the throttle)

Seems jus' a tad lower than I would have thought it would put down.

Seeing as I did 428 rwhp through a 4L80E with stock LS6 intake, ported TB, ported 853 heads running a Trex through the mufflers, with a 12 bolt, 4.56's and a 315/60/15 drag radial. I wouldn't say that is crazy power out of that combo. Heck, with the single plain and same everything else I laid down 449rwhp.

Yea, that's what I mean. His combo put out these "conservative" numbers so I'm guessing the dyno isn't set on the "high" side. Right after that car came off, my car was strapped on and put down the 343/361.

Either way, I'm going back in because I recieved my nitrous solenoid and have it working correctly. We will see what I put down N/A again before the nitrous numbers. I'll post up numbers in about 2 weeks.

The thing about taking my car to the track is that, . . . I've never been.

I can see where you are coming from... but most of the time the MPH will give away the cars potential, even with a bad driver.

This car is far from a factory freak, take it to the track and see what she does
