With the KOOKS it appears that the key is that the bigger size KOOKS 1 7/8 headers is REALLY ALLOWING the big cubed motors to BREATH and the small 1 3/4 TPIS and dynamax are choking the big boys a bit! Can't wait to get my KOOKS 1 7/8 (Sitting at my mechancis) installed in the very near future!

So how much do people think the LSX 90MM is worth over the LS6 intake? Will a sheet metal intake do better?

Yes, using a stock LS6 MAF--

I wonder if that is a restriction now.

Hey, I wonder what a 100mm TB and 2" headers would do

Well, on my stock motor today I layed down 370rwhp SAE with 360rwtq. This is after the LSX, Jantzer TB, HS 1.8 rockers, and LS6 vavle springs. And with an A4.....

No, I'm assuming based on what an 1200 cfm Holley would do to a stock 350. Now if I had a 408 stroker motor like yours.....

Well the time is coming up quick for my motor to be done. FMS is planning on testing a LSX on my car to compare it with the LS6, but if we like the #'s I would like to purchase it.

So far I have seen #'s from 15rwhp to 30rwhp coming from the LSX 90MM on the stroker motors.. Sounds pretty impressive to me. I wonder what actual porting would get out of the LSX 90MM intakes?

Well Futral Motorsports put an LSX 90MM TB on my car and I picked up 20rwhp/10rwtq from the direct swap with no further tuning done after tuning the LS6 intake.

NICE, do you know what the specs are on the B1? I have a TR224 with Jays heads and been wondering if a 90mm with lsx intake would make any more power over a ported LS6 intake and 78mm tb.
