Before # 421hp/388tq
After # 432hp/394tq
There was hp and tq gain across the whole rev range.I have the dyno sheet that will be posted later. All in all I'm very impressed with the power. From what I see the TB is a major restriction. Can't wait till the 90mm version.I definitly feel a big difference in drivability, much crisper throttle response.
Mods
MTI lid
ported MAF
ported TB
TR236/230 cam
ported LS6 heads 2.02/1.60 valves
ASP pulley
FLP headers with ORP
Denny's nitrous driveshaft
Strange 12 bolt with 4.11's
Ls1 Edit

Car Used: '02 Camaro SS Convertible A4
- 346 cid, TSP induction lid, K&N air filter, TSP Sleeper Cam, stock cylinder heads, stock exhaust manifolds, stock cats, Corsa cat-back exhaust, TCI 3500 Super Street Fighter torque converter
We baselined the car with three pulls before swapping the intakes. We used a stock GM throttle body on the LS6 and LSX intakes. We made two runs with the converter unlocked and one with it locked. With the LS6 intake and locked converter, it put down 342.1 RWHP and 338 RWTQ. (Don't compare the peak torque readings listed since it's from a flash when stabbing the throttle.)
After swapping to the 78mm LSX intake manifold, we used the same dyno procedures. With the new intake manifold and locked converter, it put down a best of 344.7 RWHP and 337.2 RWTQ. You can see the graph comparison below:

We are going to test the intake manifolds on other cars, ranging from heads/cam setups and full bolt-on cam-only cars to stroker engines. The results don't seem too promising on a mostly stock engine, but we'll see how it fares on more modified setups. We'll be testing out the 90mm version once we receive the 90mm throttle bodies.

This was the 78MM version with ported stock TB, bolted on with no changes to tuning or anything else on the vehicle.
We'll continue the fine tuning this afternoon and post more results as we generate then.

Yes, That's 20.3 horsepower & 17.5 torque!

what 90mm TB did you use?

If you want dyno graph you will have to post it...give me fax # that I CAN handle.LOL

P.s what brand of headers give most performance? Are they reccomneded? thanks
