Thats some strong mid range torque for a cam that big but thats probably because of the stock heads keeping the velocity up

I'm not sure the exact clearance but u can't run stock casting heads with over sized valves. U have to run trick flows or any head with 13 degree rocker seats and so on as long as it's let than the oem 15 degree.

Thanks Philip! Trying to decide between fast setup and Vic jr setup or a set of head now. Any suggestions

I would suggest to save up and do both at the same time just so that you aren't having to pull the intake twice if you did Heads/Intake at separate times. I think a Fast 102/90 setup with those TFS215's we talked about would be a pretty BA combination.

Yea I think that's what I'll do. It worked well doing all the cam related stuff at once with the new clutch and flywheel. I think your right, I would like to see somewhere near 500 with stock cubes? And I've been seeing some stuff one these per-induction 215s.... Are they worth the hype? Pros or cons vs the trick flows?

Good numbers for a cam only car. Congrats.

I believe the PI heads are made by the same guy who used to do the ETP heads, so they are BIG $$ but flow insane (both in volume and in velocity).

It's hard to say which head is the better of the 215's when comparing AFR, TFS and PI. There really isn't a wrong choice with either of those. I've been wanting to try a comparison utilizing all of the heads but it's hard to get three of the same cars with the same transmission willing to do the same mods.

Yea they are the same people basically. They are only 500 more than trick flows so If they are that much better than trick flows I don't see why to skimp when your already spending 2350 anyway.....

yea i bet haha thats alot of dough! i bet its harder to find 3 guys with 2 grand + to spend on heads at the same time! Well unfortunately it will be probly next summer before heads are done (college...... hmmm, student loan for heads maybe? haha). I have to say tho that i have to give some credit to chris out here in kansas @ WichitaDyno for the tune. I know theres been some guys on here from my area that say he's not very good, well..... you've seen the graph! That car made the EXACT same power pass after pass in super hot and humid weather and is %100 streetable so he must being doing something right!

And Thanks for all your time on the phone yesterday philip you were a great help, its really cool to be able to talk to all you shop owners and workers and not feel as if were bothering you when were not sure what direction to turn. Prop to all you guys!
