Default '00 Trans Am dyno

Well I figured I would post my dyno results from after I got my cam installed and the car tuned back in like June. The cam was installed along with a few other parts and tuned by Mike from Rapid Motorsports and I couldn't be happier with it afterwords. It is a blast to drive.

My car is an Arctic white 2000 Trans Am Ws6 A4

My mods are: SLP Lid, Grantelli MAF, BBK 85mm TB, TSP Torquer v3, Powerbond 25% Pulley, TSP Ported LS6 Oil Pump, LS2 Timing Chain, Pacesetter LT, TSP ORY, Borla Cat-back, Vig 2800 stall, B&M Tranny Cooler, Trans-go Shift Kit, 3.73 gears, Subframes.

It made 385 and 358.

I can't wait to get the Ls1 intake manifold off for something better. It definately is fast and fun as is. In real world experience I pull a half a car on my buddies 04 Cobra with an intake and exhaust so I definitely think it moves Lots of mods in the future, just figured I would share my results for now until I get it to the track this summer.

Very nice results, you net some more HP once you switch that intake. As long as you pull away from that Ford, thats all that matters

I think its the perfect size cam for a DD and would highly recommend it. It's definitely daily driver friendly even though my car is not a DD. I think the street manners are perfect at low to mid rpm's and it is an absolute blast at higher RPM's and you can't beat the sound it produces with that rough idle either.
