the dynos not broke, its just doing what it should with the numbers its getting, but there not right.
Its physics also thats its not real, for a 346cube 3.62 stroke engine to make 427 tq would need to be like 120+% VE. No stock heads, and a small cam NA is gona do that.
did you dyno it with the stock cam? if it made somthing like 350/410 at 4800rpm with a stock heads/cam then you would know it might be 43X+ cubes or have a ton of stroke or something like that. And with the trans dieing right after, points to the most logical that the converter on the way out is messing with what the dyno is getting.

I know you really want those #"s to be real, but you are failing to hear what everyone is telling you. Denial is a bitch. Get your A4 fixed and re-dyno.

I have no idea. That's where the proving ground is not on a dyno! It's just internet talking points and to see where a car is at. Take it there and post the numbers. I bet it goes around a 12.0.

It doesn't matter a bit if it was a torque spike or not. Its going to do the same thing when its on the street if it does it on the dyno.. Nice numbers man.

I'm betting the graph looks something like this, just with higher numbers. Notice the real torque peak is <370 ft-lbs, even though the peak number is shown as 383.

In the second dyno, you can see that the spike added a good 40 ft-lbs.

What he said, period.

Fix trans, run with converter locked, and I bet you won't even see 400 ft lbs. That's assuming he can afford to get his tranny fixed...

These folks that think this is legit, are full of ignorance. Sort of like people messing with correction factors, running STD, etc. and pushing numbers as legit. They simply are either liars or don't know what they don't know.

This is not hating, this is fact.

It still seems to me that you're claiming a spike. You're real peak looks to be a little over 400, maybe 405-ish. Not throwing stones, just stating what I see.
