Nice result and nice combination
Get the TSP 100mm MAF, Hisham did his magic tune on mine and it drives and perform great
Regarding the Torque .. If you just get your compression up (milled heads) with that small cam you will get some hp/tq
Open up your headers to 1 7/8" headers and get a cutout .. That will wake up your result

To be honest I did not understand what does it mean (milled heads) actually I am thinking getting bigger cam .. but it should be still drivable in town ,, DD
Like TSP torque V2
Or
Thunder Racing
"TR TRuTorq" Level 3 - 223/236 .612/.610 115 LSA 1800-6800 RPM Power Band
Cause I think for this setup I need cam with low LSA 112 -114
or maybe i will have the torquer 2 with rocker arms .
What do you think

If I were you I would get them 61cc ~ 60cc .. With that you need to check piston to valve clearance
If your car is daily use and worry about drivabillity issues assuming your still running on stock torque converter you need to find a cam in the 22x/22x range for more usable power and and much torque down low and in the midrange
Contact Patrick G/Predator Z for custom cam recommendation .. They can spec you a cam that meet your goal
Send a PM if you need any help bro

Check out the torquer v.3 from tsp. Large lift but smaller duration but great torque characteristics I think 113 or even 114 lsa is achieveable .To best suit your needs call pat g for a custom cam. People have had great luck with his cams on this forum definitely someone to check out.

I know I’m asking too much but you know you have to get the best if you have other suggestions/ recommendation for really good DD cam please share.

Believe me bro, me and my friends tried many many "on the shelf cams" but we weren't happier as what we found with a custom cam from someone know his stuff like Predator Z or Patrick G or some top notch vendors here
I'm not saying that the " On the shelf cams " are not good but we are not camshafts experts so we cannot 100% choose what meet our needs from just the nick name of the cam !! ..
