Well I don't know what happened but I feel you it was a good thread before. I was just trying to give everyone a heads up on this new option. They can be used on a 4.0 bore. Mine is a 4.005 bore 402. Looks like it might be a CMS vs RPM thing but for what reason I have no Idea. I have talked with Ryne many times and I think he is a great dude. He has a bad *** reputation and has actaully helped me before. In fact I met him at a drag day last year cool guy. I'm just local to RPM and had good results with them which is why i was going to try and help them and possibly become an employee if it works out.

Either way, if the heads are priced accordingly, it frees up some money that you don't have to dump on a FAST, and can run an LS7 intake.

I've had a hard-on for a while now to cut the cowl on my car, ditch the wipers, and run the bread box (LSX-RT) but this seems like a much more viable option.

I thought you said something about having shrouding issues initially....? Is this fixed now with the casting, or is it going to be a case by case basis that has to be checked pending on bore size?

You have to run offset bushings with these heads to fix the shrouding issue. But its fairly simple.

It looked like CMS costumers were jumping on me thats why.I got called out on BS. I still don't officially work for them. I just help them on here a little. But this thread is my own because well its my Damn car isnt it! So why am I getting called out on trying to sell when I am talking about my own damn car. I'm not pushing parts just answering questions when they come. I also stated I want to work for them but dont yet. Never seen charlie with orange hair. That would be something to see lol.

Nice Numbers across the RPM range! I've been waiting a Long time for someone to do this besides MAST, Hopefully they are Less than 3k$ a set! Doubtfull but i still feel LS7 heads are Overpriced but the Best Head GM has ever produced for a Street Engine, Now the New COPO race camero's with 327cid LSX blocks are running the LS7 heads too
Are these 250+cc?
