But the customer is happy and they are guaranteed to get him back as a repeat customer.

I'm sure that heads/cam combo runs great regardless of what numbers it shows. But it still doesn't explain why the run file of the dyno sheet shows a 2001 Corvette with a P1SC.
I just dynoed mine this weekend, its very similar but no duals, slightly lower compression with TFS 215s its about 10.6:1 & going though a 9 inch I made 398/378 on an 86 deg day on a dynojet. I will post up the dyno sheet when I get home. I couldve got 400 out of it if I had them pull it up to 6600 but I told them 6400. Cam only I made 380/360 on a mustang with 3.73s on the 10 bolt. It feels much stronger than the 20 hp/tq increase though. The OPs numbers are believeable, not the first time I seen that from a 228 cam.

Two things first keep in mind his numbers are shown STD corrected not SAE they will be a little bit higher with STD. When I was h/c I made 424rwhp 393rwtq std. Either way OP be happy with your results!

Nice numbers..I believe your well within 400rwhp range.Im at 350whp and 360tq just 228r and ls6 intake on stock lq4..stock manifolds. My tune isnt spot on between 1000-2100rpm..slight surges in 1st and 2nd cruisin along but I have smaller issues to fix first before I do another dyno tune.I plan to be over 400whp by milling the heads and longtube headers and bigger injectors.

228r is awesome street/strip cam..my ls7 clutch isnt liking being launched but is great for street.I need a better clutch to really get power down to the ground off idle.Mid range and topend screams for a almost baby cam..surprises bigger cammed cars.

Those are good numbers OP... I put that down with the help of a fast 92/92 set up and Prc 5.3 cnc heads, 224r cam/big stall built A4 427hp/402tq

Take that ride to topeka and find out what it does! Make sure you get some tires for it.

I picked up ~20rwhp with the FAST 92/92 & 98mm lid. Then another 20rwhp by going from 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" headers with those heads on a torquer V3.
