Default Finally got Dyno Tuned

Figured I would post my dyno result for everyone. Man what a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. Mail order tunes even if done by good tuners only do so much...

Gained over 60 horses and over 50 ft lbs tq and nearly 10mpg....love it!
On the way their before getting on dyno I checked my MPG and got 11.9 mpg (needed a dyno tune bad with mods) after the pulls and tune I filled back up then filled up at home 110 miles away when I got home I got 21.8mpg

I could have gotten higher numbers but kept rev limited at 6,500 and it wasn't done but being better safe than sorry at this point with the rear end, fairly fresh motor etc. The drivability and idle are so much better now.

MODS:
Pacesetter 1 3/4 headers (going to replace these soon with whole new exhaust in spring) walbro 255 lph fuel pump, new rings, crank and rod bearings, ARP Rod Bolts, Custom cam 232/236 .601/.601 112, Lunati Lifters, TSP 7.4" hardened push rods, Cloyes billett timing chain, Ported LS6 oil pump keeps oil pressure above 45 psi gotta make sure the beast is primed also running Amsoil, MLS head gaskets, .241 head casting milled .010, valve job, bowl and throat blend, PRC dual valve springs rated to .675, corvette LS6 intake really wanting to go bigger with this too next spring, fast 42lb injectors, all new engine gaskets and sensors rear O2 deleted no smog here, ls2 style starter, spec stage 2 clutch, motive 4.10 gears, rear end rebuilt with Ratech bearings hoping to get a strange 12 bolt next year as well, oh and last but not least an air lid lol

Next year will be mostly suspension, paint work, and interior stuff I hope.

So you gained 60 hp with just a custom tune alone?

yes tune ONLY it was that far out of whack I got a mail order tunebyfrost too.... these are SAE numbers on dynojet dyno I know there isn't much difference between std and sae but thought I would mention it since it isn't in picture. I think I could have gotten better results but after 6 pulls we went out on the drivability tune for about an hour tweaked some things and I never got back on dyno only hooked wideband back up. I'm pleased with these numbers for now.

Very solid gains. I've seen a car come in with a street tune and pickup 90rwhp/rwtq on the dyno!

Your tunes aren't that great to begin with if you gain that much with a dyno tune.

I was surprised to see these gains from a tunebyfrost but that's the difference with having the car in front of you.

I wish I had track numbers but I don't :-(

My tune from Frost was pretty darn spot on. I only gained 7 rwhp from the dyno tune. AFR was super close!

its not just the tune that got you the 60hp its the cam with supporting mods that got you that number with the tune. you were driving around with a cam and no tune what do you expect your mpg to be?? its going to be terrible because the stock ecm is setup for stock components not an aftermaket cam with 600 lift and in the 230's for duration. thats the reason you were down so far with power to. the ecm was dumping fuel into the cylinders because it saw so much more air in the motor and dint know what to do in basic terms. Im not trying to be a jerkoff but i dont want to see people be mislead either. The tune just corrected everything that needed to be corrected with that size cam but congrats on the numbers. seems like a very good cam. i would be very happy with that cam abd its number
