Default Vengeance Built 2001 Camaro LS7 swap! 555RWHP/502RWTQ-Info/Graph/Pics/Vids INSIDE

This 2001 Camaro Z28 was brought to us from Wisconsin with dreams of POWER that suited the suspension mods and handling performance of this Road Course/ AutoX set up F-Body! Well I believe that goal that goal was met when we dropped in this LS7 with a Vengeance Racing spec camshaft, FAST 102, and Kooks Longtubes!
The Results are 555 WHP & 502 WTQ!!!....not to mention that these numbers were made through cat's, Magnaflow exhaust, and a 12 bolt rear! She's an absolute blast to drive now, and excels in all fields of performance now. We also added a RPS Full Carbon Twin Disc Clutch with a SUPER light aluminum flywheel! This thing rev's to 7 GRAND before you can blink!

Can we focus on the scary part? That looks like a stock-cube cam/FAST setup to uneducated eyes...

ZERO LS7 cues or giveaways that I can see under the hood. Could this pass as a sleeper? Or just a really nice hustler?

Torque and hp curves look great.

Heads casting is about it. Also the short style injectors. That's about it though.

Dang, this thing is SCREAMING for Kooks True Duals. Is this motor dry or wet sump? I would say dry b/c no battery visible but no oil tank either. Awesome build.

Well done.

That is my style of set up. Great handling, mild idle and a lot more NA motor than the idle would suggest.

Good job.

I how much of a restriction do see the Magnaflow cat back being on this car, rather than a 3 1/2, 4",or even a Kooks true dual exhaust? Exhaust has always been a factor on these fbodies, with our catbacks. What is your take on this verses the gains possible?
THnaks and great job!

Thanx for all of the good words guys..... With regard to the exhaust we would obviously rather see a nice set of true duals Vs the catback.. I would say there is an easy 15rwhp with a better exhaust.
