Generic cam specs look like the good old trex from thunder.
With my old factory ported heads and trex it made peak tq at 5,700, so a 6,000rpm verter would be perfect. At 3,525lbs in my old heavy pick up, too tight of a verter it went 11.4x.. I suspect if you are in the 3,500lb range that should be a solid 10.80ish combo. Just a guess.

It probably weighs a tad more than a Pontiac GTO haha. But I am aiming for a 10.999 needs suspension set up and maybe a little weight reduction. Already got some 265/40/18" ET streets. See how it goes.
I did want something like the Trex cam, but something more suited to the rectangle ports. But it has ls1 sized valves, so it was really just a guess on a camshaft. Worked good on the dyno sim though. Tuner suggested getting an ISKY as they seemed easy to tune with good manners.

Raced it about a month ago, it ran a 11.9@122mph it just wasnt hooking up off the line at all. Only got 3 or so runs in before i smashed a cv joint on an axel. was a fairly warm day then too
Heading out again tomorrow, still full street weight just going to fit some stock rear springs and see how it goes, weather is much better atm. hoping to hit 125mph with some luck

1.51 60 ft's now with stock rear springs.
Best of 11.2@124mph still need to fiddle wit the shift points, needs another 1000rpm in first gear
