Default Advanced Inductions 226cc with TV2 cam Results

Posted a build thread in the internal section and figured I'd share my results here as well. Didnt get the big gain in HP like I was expecting with the head swap but happy nonetheless.

What does everyone think?

AI 226cc (243 casting)
63cc chambers
PSI 1511 springs with titanium retainers
.040 Cometic head gaskets
Compression= 11.1:1 Static & 8.3:1 Dynamic

Below is the following parts being installed with the heads:
Cometic .040 head gaskets
FAST 36lb injectors
LS2 lifter trays
LS7 lifters
New valve cover gaskets
And of course all new fluids

Current Mods to date that netted 420whp and 390tq
Cam Only Project(DYNO Numbers Added!!!)
Stock 241 heads
Stock ls6 intake
TSP Tv2 cam 114lsa
Comp 918springs
TSP 1 3/4 LT's

Yes exactly.
Bolt ons: 357hp 367tq
Cam only 420hp 390tq

Cam only had a huge increase but not so much from the heads... Car does feel so much more responsive and smooth.

Well in my defense, the only loss seen down low was from bolt-ons to cam only... I would expect a larger than stock cam to give up a little below 3500rpm. The heads did pick up everywhere over the cam-only numbers.

But in the end, I was expecting a bit more from the heads and added compression. I guess we will see how much my ls6 intake is holding me back when I add the ported 92mm.

Yeah those heads I sold to the guy you bought from. Im not working so I had to get rid of. Not big deal I will get another set soon as I get my 401k check lol. Im curious if the 1 3/4 lts are holding you back a little now you have the heads. I got the 1 7/8 only cause tsp was out of the 1 3/4 at the time. My car put down 322 and 327 on a mustang dyno with a slipping clutch. When you add a fast intake you should be close to 460 cant complain with that. You made some serious gains cam only. Im thinking of that cam with another set of ls6 heads. Im sure I can get a good deal in the classifieds or I was even thinking TSP prc heads
