Sucky part is, to fit a FAST under the Cowl of a C5 ya have to buy shorter Motor Mounts + Lowered C5 = Headers Dragging the Ground......GREAT! Nice job FAST!!!!!! NOT!

Have you considered LS3 heads? This way you pick up HP with the heads plus you could run the LS3 intake(additional HP) over the LS6 w/o having to deal with the Fast.

Just for comparison:
I have 06 LS2 from GTO (34k) in 89 Formula; 382 rwhp (Mustang Dyno) with CAI and 2" primaries, everything else stock, thru A4 w/ 3.27. 0 knock retard tune (92 octane) and the knock sensors were very sensitive as well.
Figuring:
Medium cam = 40hp = 420
ported heads=40hp = 460
intake & other assorted=20hp = 475-485 Total

Don't sweat the dyno numbers. You could go on another dyno today and read 450 rwhp and different dyno tomorrow and it read 400 rwhp.
Use the same dyno if you can to measure the performance gained by going to a different intake, cam. heads, ect.

I disagree that just because it is a dyno dynamics it will read lower. Being a load cell dyno, if the operator adjusts rate of acceleration (feet per second) it will skew the numbers considerably pull on pull.
Dyno dynamics I made 546rwhp. Ran 10.54@122.x floating the valves at 6,800ish 50 feet before the finish. 60' was a 1.54.
Fixed thevalvetrain issue.
On the Dynojet I made 516rwhp with 26* timing. With only 23* timing at the track I went 10.60 @ 124.x. 60' was a 1.57. That 3* of advance showed me roughly 10rwhp on the dyno.
My point, with about 505rwhp on the Dynojet, I ran almost exactly what I did with 546rwhp from the dyno dynamics with similar weather.
Comparing different makes of dyno's is just not a good comparison.
