low numbers h/c/i

i dynoed 380 hp and 402 trq @ 5300 rpm sae corrected and then fell on its face,do my numbers seem low ? i have 00 camaro m6 fast 78 intake ,243 heads milled to get 11:1 , baby cam 216/220 560/560 lift pacesetter shorties off road bassani y pipe adn gibson catback and powerbond under drive. any thoughts ??

The hp is going to be low if it doesn't rev to 6200-6400rpm.

ok cool it ripps so hard now !!!!!! my tuner suggested a bigger cam that he can get to smog but in CA smog is a b*tch so i went a little to conservative

That's right on. If you want bigger numbers, long tubes, fast 92, and a larger cam are the ticket.

Yea i think my next set up is 12:5:1 on e85 and a cam that is matched to that set up
