If you want high dyno numbers make sure your tires are aired up to 35-40lbs, that right there showed a 14rwhp difference in a 01 TA. I'd try it since your wanting that 400+ and its free of course. Ditch the cats, put some offroad pipes on. Removing cats on a bone stock car are worth about a .1, definately soem hp left on the table.

It's the cats and the SLP Lid, a Ported TB would help some too...
Take a look at my site and you will see where I'm coming from -- I had some of the same mods once upon a time, look how much different my dyno's were just by switching from my SLP lid to my Speedtek lid -- BTW the TSP design is very similar to the Speedtek lid just a little smaller in the neck.

dont worry about the dyno numbers. I was very dissapointed with my dyno numbers, then I took it to the track and i am running 7.30's n/a in the 1/8 mile in a 98 with just headers and a stall and lid. thats not to bad for all stock suspension and on bfgs. take it and run it i think you will be surprised.

Why are valve spring changes being recommended? There is no sign of valve train issues in the dyno unless there is another dyno with higher RPM.
Also, looks like two different dyno's were used for the before and after, correct?
Quickest check, uncork the headers and try again. That will at least answer of few questions without spending money on parts you may not need.

DanZ28's car didn't do much after 6500 RPM either (https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamometer-results-comparisons/167792-trex-dyno-numbers.html).
Dan's car was not a cam only set up. I have his old heads and Trex cam that made those numbers (Made almost exactly what he did in my truck, even more with the single plain intake). It also had a little more compression that stock (not much, but every little bit helps). I can't remember if he had the electric water pump yet or not, but I know he had a UD pulley, ported TB, always the higher end headers (I don't know what you have), and Dan pays a ton of attention to detail. For instance, setting preload on the Comp R lifters that were in the motor.
EDIT.. Should have looked at original date of post...

My friend chon79 a member on here made 449rwhp with same cam but was running a 102 fast intake (Patrick g tuned it) it's all on the tuner and the dyno. I don't like to go with a big cam just cause the fact you have to spin the motor so much to make good power and your drivability is not as good. My car made 432 rwhp but I max out my stock inj and I'm running the 228r with prc 2.5 5.3 heads with a ls6 intake. Have a ported fast 90/90 and big inj in my closet just been lazy. For the money get 243 or 799 heads that will wake it up. Better to make power off the heads then the cam
