Thanks, and it would be nice to pick up a few hp.

On a different note, I took the car for a drive yesterday and when I got back in the garage I notices fluid on my throttle body. It almost looked orange like dexcool which got me all currious. I did the old taste test and it didn't have any taste to it so I assume it just some condensation from the catch can where it goes into the TB.

I'm thinking the orange stuff on your throttle body came from your air filter. When was the last time you oiled it? Nothing to worry about

I also like my 233/239.. mine does feel a bit sluggish down low. But drives fine. Definitely the biggest cam i would run for sure.

So a little update, during lsfest west that I attended in May I was a little disappointed with my 1/4 times. I also had some great sounds coming from my 10 bolt after the event. I ended up having my carrier bearings being damaged in the stock rear. So I threw in a set of new bearings along with a set of 3.90 gears. I Also had the car dyno'd at a different shop as I was not feeling like my car was pushing 430hp with my track times. This new shop (JDP Motorsports) is much more into my style of racing (auto-x, road racing) as well. I was a little disappointed as my numbers dropped off nearly 30hp/30tq. With nothing else changing except the gear swap. Ended up with 405hp/361tq. I guess it's time for some heads!!!!

I wouldn't sweat it since it's a different dyno. What was your track times?

In Vegas it was around 13.9 at 108 and about the same here in Utah. The Utah time slip attached was at like 7,400'DA.

Just for fun I corrected your times for sea level. For your run in 7400 da I changed it from 13.9 to 12.9 in the calculator because even a 2.0 60' will knock a second off your quarter. At around sea level you are looking at a
11.6 @ 118 mph if that makes ya feel any better

With the correction factor it seems you are in ballpark to where you should be based on your mods. I assume this is a full weight setup?

Yeah, full weight. I had it weighed a few times in the last 6 months or so and its right at 3,500lb without me in the car.
