Default 771rwhp 716 Rwtq

I had posted this in the Forced Induction section and then I noticed this section so here is a copy of it.

More Performance has completed up to 95% of the tuning on my car which they began yesterday. The numbers are as follows

Max Power was 771.45 RWHP
Max Torque was 716.94 RWTQ
3000 RPM RWHP 300 RWTQ 520
4000 500 650
4500 600 700
5000 680 720
5500 740 720
6000 771 680

Car was stopped at 6200 but the HP graph was still on the climb.
I drove the car for the first time since October today, and if you keep your foot out of it, it drives as smooth as stock. Fourth gear acceleration at 25% throttle gives you enough information to tell you that there is a whole other world on the other side of 50% throttle. What was originally purchased as a toy to play with has become a machine that demands respect and if it doesn't get it, it can and probably will hurt you.

This combonation consist of the following.
It is important to note to protect More Performance, the parts listed below were not their choice. I chose and purchased these parts and More assembled the Motor and installed in the car which I must say their entire team did an incredible job. I would highly recommend them. I wanted to pick the parts because I considered it a learning process for me and there was 6 months worth of research that went into picking these parts.

2002 Trans Am with Manual 6 Speed
C5-R 427
Moldex Billet Crank 4.00 inch stroke
Carillo Connecting Rods 6.100"
Diamon Pistons with a -20cc Dish
LS6 Heads from More Performance cut to 73cc Chamber.
Jesel Mohawk Shaft Rockers 1.7 Ratio (More and myself)
With the Gasket Compression ratio calcs out to 9.7 to 1
Cam is 232/240 .600/.600 LS 115 (More suggested this cam spec)
Electric Water Pump
6.0 Liter Ignition Coils
LS6 Intake
Stock MAF
Stock Throttle Body
Upgraded forks in Transmission, Aluminum Flywheel, Spec 3 Clutch
ATI F1 Blower, running a Steel bracket, and 8 rib 3.60 Pulley
ATI Race Blowoff Vavle, (Man this thing is serious)
Based on Boost Gage we are seeing 10lbs of boost.
Custom Intercooler built by More Performance on 100 degree day, intake temp was around 90 degrees
Fuel System is Aeromotive 1000 with Regulator
BIllet Fuel Rails
72# injectors
Garden Hose Size Fuel lines. This was a new type of Fuel line that I agreed to try out based on the expertiese of MP.
Mark Williams 9" rear End with Detroit Locker
Mark Williams Carbon Drive Shaft
Custom Radiator 29 X 13.5X2.5 with Dual Spal Fans.
Stock O2 Sensors
Full Cats from Random Technology (No tricks here)
Corsa Exhaust System

NO NITROUS (sooo not needed)

I was really excited and just wanted to share.
Thanks for your comments, suggestions and reading

thats ******* serious power!
all that through a 9" and cats!!!! You should put a cut out/cut outs on the car before the cats just to see how much power you would gain. I bet with a set up like this you would be at 810+rwhp!!!

This setup is as posted, I am using Random Flow Cats, Kooks 1 7/8 Headers from More Performance, pump 93 Oct Gas, and Stock ECM.

Let me know if I missed something, I will share with you any information you need.

Thanks

How do you plan on not twisting that pour car up. That is some serious tourque. Are you going to a full race cage and sfc to keep that thing from twisting?

Cool

That is the coolest car I've ever heard about. I have been listening a long time. What is your crank pulley diameter? Where can I get a Moldex crank???

I had a custom chromemoly roll cage built in the rear, I am also installing an extreme TQ Arm and Sway bar from BMR.

I am completely stumped on the SFC, I dont know what that is.

Crank pulley Diameter is 7" and the Moldex crank can be purchased from Moldex directly or through Katech Engineering. www.Katechengines.com

Hope that helps and thanks for the kudos.

Hotchkins subframe connectors are installed. Subfram connectors, roll cage, BMR K member, all was installed before engine was upgraded. Sorry I forgot all about those. There is too much on this car to remember.

Just from what you listed I calculated over $50000 invested after the price of the car! What is your daily driver?

Will you be dragging this car? What are you expecting, mid to high 8's?

I agree with the guy above, you should look into the FAST intake and 90mm ported TB. I know that kind of stuff doesn't help as much with forced induction but you are boasting a 427 under that supercharger. 771 is ******* insane but you are SO close to 800rwhp.

You definitely went all out, no doubt about it. I only wish I had that kind of money to invest into a car. You have the best of the best. The only things I would have done differently is gone with a SPEC Stage 4 and Kooks 2" headers with the velocity merge collectors (you could use the extra flow). Why did you choose to go with 1 7/8 stepped?

With the FAST intake, 90mm TB, 2" headers w/Velocity merge collectors, NO cats and cutouts (yes, two) I wouldn't second guess 850rwhp and 780+rwtq.

When can we expect to see your car in Pontiac High-tech Performance? They will be beating your door down anytime now. Cover car easily.

Hats off to you man. I'm gonna go puke on my piece of **** car now
