Assuming the before was on the same Dyno and they didn't change the Dyno configuration id want to know:
SAE graph since you posted a STD graph. If conditions were miserable your SAE correction may get you to where you think you should be
Fuel pressure during a pull
Injector duty cycle during the pull
Lifter preload
A dyno pull without the Y pipe, i.e. open headers
Confirmation if they physically removed the MAF because if they did then they had to do a speed density tune.
Confirmation that 97kPa is normal for your DA/area

OP yes IDC is injector duty cycle. And the stock ECM is open loop at WOT so there is no fuel compensation. The way it works is whatever the last fuel trim when in closed loop right before you go WOT is used as a fixed adder. If your fuel trim is negative it doesn't pull any fuel but doesn't add any either.

If compression is in check and no vac leaks I'd look for fueling issues. If pushrods are too short then you could see a loss of power. A stout heavy powertrain will also suck up a ton of torque and actual power could be misrepresented on the dyno.

don t really wanna bother Tony anymore. this is the 3rd time I had to bitch about my problems with him.
Johnson 2126 right, the .058 travel with axle oiling. him and I like .030 preload.
you guys did see i mentioned after first dyno, heads came off to address pushrods hitting head.heads were not skimmed before reassembly but new gaskets were used

Sorry to hear the car isn't performing as expected. That's really frustrating.
Have you been able to drive the car any on the street?
My only thought is getting some street/highway miles might help ID an issue that isn't showing up during a brief dyno run
.
I found an issue with my RS that didn't show up on the dyno.

injector peak at 6400 rpm, pulse width at highest is 15.4 ms and drops to 14.2 ms by 7100. maf shows air speed leveling off there also which indicates an air flow problem which makes me think its a flow problem or valvetrain issue.
he also said, smoothing on 0 u can see a pulse up top which also leads me to think valvetrain, becuase less timing didnt help so its not a detonation issue.....
