Ok. I finally got my car on the dyno today. The numbers seem a little low but the car feels strong. After an LS6 intake was installed (thanks Terry and Scott) the car made only 377 RWHP on its strongest pull. What weird is that the max torque was 405 on the first run (spike). I think my car is acting a little funny. The first graphs showed spiking (which Terry fixed ) But the car should have still made more power. I know I don't have a pulley or TB but Terry and I expected at least around 390 RWHP. The best experience of the day was just hanging out at Ractech Speed. Terry really knows his stuff from f-bodies to stangs to who knows what else. If anyone is interested in any part, he'll get it to you for a GREAT price. I think we already know how well he treats his customers but for those of you who dont I'll just say he treats customers extremely well.

Thanks again Terry and Scott. You both know you'll be seeing more of me in the future.

p.s. I'll try to post a graph. I don't have a scanner but a buddy of mine does and I'll see if he can do it for me.

After reading this post I relaized that it is written poorly....but I'm tired and don't know why...sorry.

Thanks for coming up today Adam I am still surprised that you only gained 7 rwhp by opening your electric cutout over you stock WS6 exhaust. I'm sure with a pulley, TB, and some "cutout adjustment" we can get that sucker close to 395 rwhp or so. You noticed that the Black SS before your car gained 20 rwhp over his stock muffler when he opened up his manual cutout?? And he was running a much smaller cam.

A TB and pulley will help for sure.
Also, you mention a Tq spike. Is this an A4 you're talking about? If so, the numbers aren't bad at all.

It's an M6. There is definetly some more power under the table. maybe around Christmas break I can get back up there and we can have more time to see what is going on. Terry really knows his stuff and that's where I advise anyone in AL to go if they are looking for great work and service. Terry treated me very well and I found a solid performance shop to use from now on.

Thanks again fellas for helping me out!

Those numbers are quite good

TB and some other minor mods will help a lot. Was tuning done on the car?

Thanks, but 377 on an m6 with 3.42's is a bit low even though I don't have a ported TB and underdrive pulley. There's some power that just needs to be found. I'm still happy with the car though, it's my baby.

Most cam only numbers I have seen are between 360-380 with most boltons.

With EWP, ported Tbody, UD pulley and open exhaust you will be right at 390-410 easily...

Not bad #'s at all.. I put down 356rwhp n/a & 442 on the juice with that cam about a week ago at Terrys shop. That was with ls1 intake, no under drive pulleys the ac belt still on, open cut out, the verter unlocked.. & the mods in my sig.

Thanks for the link, Scott. I think I had my head a little too high and was thinking a little unrealistically. TB and pulley will be ordered soon. I can stick them on my 382 this summer
