AWESOME guy SUPER thorough from driveability to dyno
This cam surges a bit from 1,500 rpm to 2,200 rpm, it also will not idle well at less than 900, 1,100 rpm idle is best.
I tried this camshaft on a FAST 102 with a 102 throttle body and it gained some torque around 4k-5k rpm but noticeably lost power everywhere else.
Car: "2007" Subaru Impreza WRX STi
Engine: 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x4, L33 option (aluminum block 5.3) ~200,000 Miles, stock 243 heads were cracked and leaking coolant so I replaced them with junkyard 862 heads
Transmission: Subaru STI 6 speed manual AWD, center differential full lock (gearing similar to 4.56 final drive T56)
Cam Motion Camshaft; 226/234 112+4, 0.600/0.600 lift
JE Pro Seal 0.039 headgasket, this may not qualify as cam only...
