233/239 Revision 2 & PRC 2.5 Heads Results!!
We just finished tuning another 233/239 Revision 2 & PRC stage 2.5 heads & cam car! I won't be saying any names on who's car it is because he has a few races lined up.
That being said the car picked up well over 90rwhp from the heads & cam swap alone!
Here's the mods on the car!
Automatic Car
3.23 Gear
Vig 3600 stall
LS6 Intake
Pacesetter headers
TSP duals
stock tb, maf & pulley
New Mods:
Precison Race Components 5.3l Stage 2.5 Heads
&
Texas Speed 233/239 Revision 2 Camshaft
This dyno was with the converter unlocked & setup with a 12.5-12.7 a/f so we can hit it with a little bit of n2o

I just put the same cam and heads in my car. I got out to the track yesterday, My tranny wasn't shifting worth a damn but I was plenty happy with my trap speed
1st run 12.4@118
2nd run 12.1@122
3rd run 12.1@123
I have nitrous but never ran cause of the shifting issues, I have fixed the clutch problems today, so I hope later this week to make it to the track and be posting up some better times, BTW every run I missed at least one gear sometimes 2nd and 3rd. Thanks to jason and the guys at texas speed for all of their help.
