Going to the dyno on Friday, who wants to guess my new #'s
A prize will be awarded for the closest guess(The prize is a big "good guess" from me)
Anyways, the car is a 1999 Camaro SS. I dynoed last year with a lid and free ram air. It came out to 293 RWHP and 314 RWTQ.
The car is a 6-speed and I have 3:73's.
I have added a LS6 intake, QTP headers with catted y-pipe, hooker catback, quad tip centermount exhaust and a TR-220 cam 220/220 .551/.551 112 lsa., 918 springs, hardened push rods, ls2 timing chain, and an ls6 oil pump.
The car will be tuned on the chassis dyno, same one as last time.
The car has 113,000 miles on it.
I am hoping for 350RWHP.
Anyone care to chime with a educated guess????
Thanks for the input, I am getting pumped to drive it!!
I will post the actual numbers this weekend.

You should be able to get 350rwhp. I got the numbers below today with the TR224. Never dynoed it stock though.
I guess 358rwhp/346rwtq.

Well, 350RWHP will be good. I was dissapointed the first time at 293rwhp, so I am not setting my sights to high. I have heard 99's tend to dyno lower. Hopefully by replacing the exhaust, cam and intake I wil "un 99" mine.
The cam I picked should give me good power throughout the power band with more of an emphasis on torque. This should keep me from bringing it to too high of an RPM consistantly. It will be interesting to see where the power starts to drop off.

Numbers are in!!!!!!!
Well here is is!! I have to say the car really feels strong now. I am quite impressed with the power.
"1 BLOWN V8- 353hp/341torq would be my guess" got the horsepower right, but was off on the torque.
I would say "2kpewterws6 354/349.5" was the closest over all
To the both of you "Good Guess!!!"
I am glad I did not set my expectations too high. I think these are real good numbers for a 99" with 113k on the clock!!
Anyways, this cam makes great street power down low where I wanted it.
Time to celebrate

Ouch. Most guys with full bolt-ons put down similar numbers, especially with a 6 speed. I would have expected ~370 rwhp from that cam.
Just gotta see how it runs at the track.

This is a baby cam, no ported throttle body or pully. I think it's pretty good!!
I was not going for a big peak #, I wanted power down low where I can use it all the time.

Well if you figure adding a ported throttle body +5 to 10, and a pulley+5 to 10 and lower mileage+5 to 10, I should be right on then. I would be curious to see higher numbers with this cam and my bolt ons.
I could not find much for dyno #'s for this cam, except for jeb99ta ( I think)
Anyways, I am pleased

I'm not going to post a bunch of links, but there are quite a few guys well over 370 rwhp with the same cam and some with smaller cams. Just do a search, the info is there.
I just don't see celebrating 350 rwhp from a cammed LS1, albeit a 220/220. This is a 6 speed car with LTs, lid, exhaust, LS6 intake, etc. This would be like saying a 6 speed bolt-on LS1 putting down 325 rwhp is good. Just for comparison, there is a local guy who rolled 363 rwhp with your same cam, nearly identical mods, through an auto.
Like I said, just have to see how it runs at the track.
