Default Stock C6 Auto Dyno

Saw a 100% bone stock C6 A4 on the dyno Friday afternoon. The car had 3K miles on it. The owner said the car ran 12.7/110 on the stock street tires. I was expecting the dyno numbers to be a little higher. What do you think.

Don't know the exact weight. He did say that it had the 3.15 gears, if that matters.

Not bad considering a lot of stock A4 C5's run from 13.0-13.5, and dyno in the high 280-290's.

was it a white one? If so it was running the other night when i ran. I saw it go 12.8 where did you see it dyno? I would like see what i put down. I ran a 13.1@107 bone stock in an 01 Z28. How much RWHP and RWTQ would that take to run that?

hmmmm,
Josh

That is right in the ball park with every other c6 I've seen...change the mufflers and then see what happens...

That makes plenty of sense. An automatic Corvette should expect about 20% drivetrain loss.
400 x 0.80 = 320 hp. 331 at the wheels from 400 at the fly is about a 17% loss.

Or 331 rwhp x 1.20 = 397.2

If you want to go in the other direction you have to do
331 rwhp / 0.8 = 415 hp

I've dynoed quite a few and 330 seems average.
I tuned a bone stock A4 last week and gained 22 RWHP and 30 RWT in a couple of spots. The stock tune is really soft. They only have 17 degrees in them.
See the jagged lines in the dyno graph? EVERY one of them does that. I don't see anything in the data logging to explain it.

Probably torque management.

Remove the TM and COT and retune it. I bet you'll pick up a ton

Nice numbers though

awesome track times but I did expect that the power would be a bit more.
